These Terms of Use govern every visit to the LorenAutos website, including browsing its pages, creating an account and sending any form. Using the site in any of these ways means the visitor accepts these terms. Anyone who does not agree should stop using the site.

02What the Site Offers

LorenAutos helps visitors request auto insurance quotes and understand coverage such as liability limits, collision and comprehensive cover, deductibles, uninsured motorist protection and roadside help.

  • LorenAutos is not an insurance carrier and does not issue or underwrite policies.
  • A quote is an estimate until an insurer reviews and accepts an application.
  • Nothing on the site is legal, tax or financial advice.
  • Rates, terms and availability are set by insurers and vary by state, vehicle and driver.

03Eligibility

The site is meant for adult residents of the United States. Anyone who opens an account agrees to give true, current and complete information and to keep it up to date.

04Account Responsibilities

Account holders must keep their password private and are responsible for all activity under their account. Any suspected unauthorized access should be reported promptly using the contact details at the end of these terms.

05Text Messages and Consent

Program: LorenAutos Coverage Offers, run by LorenAutos, 1615 Dorchester Dr, Plano, TX 75075.

Messages: Visitors who tick the promotional text box during signup receive promotional text messages from LorenAutos about its auto coverage add-ons, such as gap, rental reimbursement and roadside cover. LorenAutos does not send service or account text messages.

Frequency and cost: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Stopping: Text STOP in reply to any message to unsubscribe. A single confirmation follows and no more messages are sent.

Consent: Consent is optional and is not required to buy anything.

Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Visitors agree to use the site lawfully and with respect for others. The following are not permitted:

  • Entering false details or information that belongs to someone else.

Any dispute related to these terms or the site will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis rather than in court, unless the law requires otherwise. Class actions and class arbitrations are waived.
